Viewings

Under Viewings you'll see the property viewings assigned to you (this screen is called My viewings). Viewings are already booked — there's no access request to send — so your job is to attend and then record what happened.

Logging in

  1. Go to notifylandlord.co.uk and click Log in (or open the link the office sent you).
  2. Enter your Email or username and Password — the office will have given you these.
  3. Click Log in.

Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password? on the login screen. To sign out, use the Log out button at the bottom of the left-hand menu. You only ever see the jobs assigned to you.

What you'll see

Each viewing shows:

  • The date and time, and a status (Requested or Confirmed).
  • The property name and address.
  • The viewer's name, with a tap-to-call 📞 phone and ✉ email, plus any note they left.

The office books and confirms viewings. If one is still Requested, your only option is Re-arrange — the office confirms it first.

After the viewing

Open the viewing and choose what happened. On a Confirmed viewing you'll see:

  • Complete — the viewing went ahead. Then choose Just complete, or Complete & send form to email the viewer the application form (only if they have an email on file).
  • No show — the viewer didn't turn up. Click Mark as no-show. The viewer isn't emailed anything.
  • Cancel — the viewing won't happen. Pick a reason (or write your own) and click Cancel viewing. If the viewer has an email, you'll review the message before it's sent.

Re-arranging a viewing

Click Re-arrange and say who's moving it:

  • Tenant — the viewer asked to move it. Enter the New date & time they want and confirm.
  • Agent — you're moving it. Offer up to three times (Option 1 required, Option 2/3 optional) and click Send times to choose from. The viewer gets a link to pick a slot.
Good to know: once you mark a viewing Complete, No-show or Cancelled it drops off your list. There's no separate feedback box — everything you need is in the buttons above. Anything else, tell the office.
