Think Property (NW) Ltd is a Liverpool-based property company specialising in providing quality homes across the city, with the majority of our properties located in the L8 area of Liverpool. Unlike a traditional letting agent, we are the landlord. The properties we offer are owned and managed by us, meaning our tenants deal directly with the people responsible for their home. There is no separate landlord sitting behind a managing agent and no unnecessary middleman. Our Properties Our portfolio includes a wide range of homes across Liverpool, from modern apartments to traditional residential properties, with a particularly strong presence throughout Liverpool 8 and the surrounding areas. We take a long-term approach to property ownership.
