How access works

Arranging access, without the phone tag

When a repair needs doing, the contractor and the tenant each get their own private link — no app to download, no account to create. Here's exactly what each of you sees, step by step.

Contractors

You get a link for each job. Accept it, offer the tenant a few times, turn up, and mark it done with a photo — all from your phone, no login.

Tenants

You get a link too. Pick a time that suits you, confirm you'll be in, and tell us once it's fixed. You're never left wondering what's happening.

Step by step

From the moment a job is assigned to the moment it's confirmed fixed.

1Office

The job is sent to a contractor

The office assigns the repair to a contractor, who's texted and emailed a private link to the job — no login needed.

Accept or decline

You open the link and see the job details and any photos. One tap to accept it, or decline and it goes straight back to the office to reassign.

Offer the tenant some times

Propose up to three date/times that work for you. The tenant is notified straight away to pick one — no back-and-forth phone calls.

Confirm the day before

24 hours before, you're each asked a quick yes: the contractor confirms they're still coming, the tenant confirms they'll be in. Each of you can see the other has confirmed.

Do the job, mark it complete

On the day, record the outcome and upload a photo of the finished work. If it needs another visit, offer new times there and then.

Confirm it's fixed

You're asked to check the photos and confirm the repair is actually sorted — or tell us it isn't, and it reopens automatically. The office sees the whole trail.

Is it fixed?

Please review the photos and let us know.
Yes, it's fixed
No, it's not fixed

No phone calls. No missed visits.

Everyone knows what's happening, and the office keeps a clear record from reported to resolved.
